California Privacy Rights

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"). As a company headquartered in Napa, California, we take these rights seriously.
1. Your rights
- Right to know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out — opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
- Right to limit — limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our services.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
2. Categories of information we collect
In the preceding 12 months we may have collected identifiers (such as name, email, and shipping address), commercial information (such as order history), internet activity (such as Site interactions), and inferences drawn from the above. We collect this information from you directly and automatically through the Site.
3. Sale or sharing of personal information
Juicy P. does not sell personal information for money. We may "share" certain identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may be considered "sharing" under the CCPA. You may opt out at any time (see below).
4. How to exercise your rights
Submit a request by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before responding. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To opt out of sharing, you may email us or transmit a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal through your browser.
5. Verification
To protect your information, we will ask you to provide details that allow us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected information.
6. Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
