Cold-pressing uses a hydraulic press — thousands of pounds of pressure — to extract juice without the heat and friction of a centrifugal juicer. Less heat means more of the heat-sensitive vitamins, enzymes, and polyphenols stay intact.
Because we never pasteurize with heat, our juice tastes like the produce it came from: alive, bright, and unmistakably fresh. The trade-off is a short shelf life — which is exactly why we press in small batches, close to home, in Napa.
Every bottle is made with certified-organic produce and reverse-osmosis (RO) filtered water. Nothing added. Nothing hidden.
Juicy P. is built for people who read labels.
Our drinkers are wellness-minded adults — busy professionals, parents, athletes, and weekend hikers across the Bay Area and Napa Valley who want a clean energy ritual without the sugar crash of a soda or the guesswork of a supplement aisle.
They care where their food comes from. They'd rather drink six recognizable organic ingredients than a "natural flavor" blend. A 4 oz Fire Starter shot is their morning ritual; a 1 liter Green Ledger is what's in the fridge for the week.
